About us

Founded in 1984, Ruby of Siam established itself by serving truly authentic Thai Cuisine in the greater Chicago area. We are known for our wide variety of dishes and choices. Each of our dishes are made to order, which makes us a perfect choice for vegetarians, vegans, and those with gluten or other allergies. We offer dine-in, carry-out, delivery, catering, and event hosting. We invite all of our customers to try the many flavors of Thailand through our dishes at Ruby of Siam.
